## Job Summary
Overview:
We are looking for an Engineering Project Lead to develop strategies, processes, and best practices. This role involves managing multiple business plans and projects to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovation strategies and best practices.
• Execute multiple business plans and projects.
• Support and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Lead the discovery phase of projects, creating high-level designs.
• Supervise a small team of 3 to 4 engineers on assigned projects.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end service implementations, data ingestion, and orchestration.
• Design and implement low latency services.
• Promote company policies, values, and ethical standards.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $51.62 – $58.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Java: 4 years (Required)
• Designs: 5 years (Required)
• Troubleshoots: 4 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Sunnyvale, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
